Mike Hodge brings over 15 years of financial service and insurance industry experience, leading hybrid teams in operations management and customer service. He has a strong background in team development, process optimization, and cross functional collaboration with sales and technology partners. Mike is dedicated to operational excellence while providing concierge level service to help customers find the best fits for their financial and insurance needs.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mike has been recognized as a Pacific Life Outstanding Contributor(2021). He was also selected for leadership programs with Mutual of Omaha, Pacific Life, and American University’s Black Executive Leadership Program.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, long walks with his dog named Bean, and supporting the local art/music scene in Omaha Nebraska.
